Privacy notice

Last updated 13 October 2026. This notice covers the KinKeep website only. The KinKeep service itself is not open yet; when it opens it will have its own, fuller notice.

Who we are

We are KinKeep. Email us at privacy@kin-keep.co.uk about anything in this notice.

What this website is for

This is a pre-launch page. We are testing how much interest there is in KinKeep before we build it out. The “Purchase” buttons do not take payment and do not ask for card details — they open a form where you can leave your email address to be invited when we open.

What we collect, and why

Your email address, if you give it to us

WhatYour email address, which plan you chose, the date and time, and the advertising information in the link you arrived on (a Google Ads click identifier such as gclid, and any utm_ campaign tags).
WhyTo email you when KinKeep opens, and to understand which adverts and which price people respond to.
Lawful basisConsent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by entering your email and pressing “Reserve my place”.
How longUntil KinKeep opens and we have invited you, or 12 months, whichever comes first. If you ask us to delete it, we do so straight away.

Simple website measurement, for everyone

WhatFor each page view and each button press: the page address, which site you came from (the domain only), whether you arrived from a Google advert, your campaign tags, a rough screen size (small, medium or large), the country your request came from, and the time. No cookies, no identifiers, no device fingerprinting, and we do not store your IP address.
WhyTo count visits and see which parts of the page people use. These figures are aggregate — they cannot be traced back to you.
Lawful basisLegitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): understanding whether our own website works. Because nothing is stored on your device, this does not need consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
How long[RETENTION — e.g. 14 months, then deleted.]

Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you agree

WhatIf you press “Agree” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags. These set cookies on your device, collect your IP address and a randomly generated identifier, and record the pages and buttons you use. See the cookie notice for the list.
WhyTo measure our Google Ads campaigns properly — which advert, keyword and audience led to someone reserving a place.
Lawful basisConsent (Article 6(1)(a)), and consent under PECR regulation 6 for the cookies. Nothing Google-owned loads before you agree, and you can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How longGoogle Analytics retains event data for up to 14 months. Cookies expire as set out in the cookie notice.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data.

Where your data goes

Both Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or by the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. [CONFIRM THE MECHANISM YOUR CLOUDFLARE AND GOOGLE CONTRACTS ACTUALLY USE.]

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to someone else. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew. Email privacy@kin-keep.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

Automated decisions and children

We do not make any automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you beyond the advertising measurement described above. This site is not intended for children.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
