For attorneys under a Lasting Power of Attorney in England and Wales
Every payment and decision you make for them, recorded properly.
KinKeep gives you one calm place to log what you spend, attach receipts and explain decisions — so if the Office of the Public Guardian, a co-attorney or the family ever asks, the answer is already written down.
Built for the paperwork nobody warns you about
Log it in a minute
Record a payment, a decision or a gift as it happens, with the reason in your own words.
Keep the receipts with it
Attach a photo or a statement to any entry. Anything still missing a receipt is shown clearly.
A record that can’t be quietly changed
Entries are never edited or deleted. A correction is added alongside, so the history stays honest.

Questions
Do I have to keep records as an attorney?
Yes. Under a property and financial affairs LPA you must keep accounts and records of the money you handle, and keep the donor’s money separate from your own. The Office of the Public Guardian can ask to see them.
Is KinKeep available now?
Not yet. We’re opening to a first group of attorneys soon. Choosing a plan reserves your place at the price shown — you are not charged, and we do not ask for card details.
Does KinKeep connect to the bank?
[ANSWER BEFORE LAUNCH — e.g. not at launch; you record payments yourself or upload statements.]
Does it work in Scotland or Northern Ireland?
KinKeep is designed for Lasting Powers of Attorney registered with the Office of the Public Guardian in England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own systems. [YOUR PLANS FOR SCOTLAND AND NI]
I’m a deputy appointed by the Court of Protection. Can I use it?
[ANSWER BEFORE LAUNCH — deputies have similar record-keeping duties and file annual reports with the OPG.]
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. [YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR ANNUAL PLANS, including the 14-day cancellation period.]
